When I grow up...

What job do I want? I'm not sure! I like what I do but not really. I think test kitchen work is fun but not so much appliances.
Let me back up a second as I'm not sure you guys know what I do. I work in a test kitchen for Sharp Manufacturing. Meaning the time that pops up on your microwave when you press popcorn, defrost, etc buttons. Yeah I'm the one that has to figure out what that time is. (it's all alegebra! Hey someone who actually uses algebra!) Anyways I've been doing it for 5 years and it's not so much fun anymore. There is no telling how many bags of popcorn I've popped!!!
I would be interested in still working in a test kitchen but more along the lines of developing new foods instead of appliances.
But most important is moving back home! And well let's face it there is not too many test kitchen jobs at home! But there also isn't many cooking jobs in general. I really want the Mon-Fri job not weekends, holidays, nights.
I've also thought about teaching which is a passion of mine. I would love to teach family and consumer science...again not taught close to home!
My sister mentioned doing nutrition jobs for nursing homes, hospitals, schools. Again not my idea of fun I don't think but if it got me home!!!!
Then what about opening up a bakery. SCARES.ME.TO.DEATH!!! You just don't know!

But anyways Ian has applied to several jobs back at home and let's hope he gets a nice offer. He would have to make XX amount for it to be worth our move and I'm not sure that companies there would offer that. Then what if they do? Then the thought scares me to death! LOL I don't know, I'm all confused.

I just really want to raise a family at home and not here in Memphis.
