So what's the fun in having a chef for a friend if she doesn't post recipes!!!
This is not something a typical chef will make since nothing is not made from scratch but who cares it's YUMMY!!!
1 box devils food cake mix
1 box powdered sugar(4Cups)
1 8oz cream cheese (room temp)
1 8oz cool whip (thawed)
chocolate canned frosting (AHH the horror!!!)
Make cake into 4 layers and cool completely.
While cake is cooling mix coolwhip, powdered sugar, and cream cheese.
Spread thickly between layers. Refrigerate so the layers will be stable.
Frost with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate, make a day ahead and it is much better.
