I really dislike having to do the same design twice but in this case I actually like this version way better than the first one. On this one I had enough time in advance to really think about it and make it better and I had time for everything to dry. The other cake they called on a Saturday or something like that wanting the cake on Friday. Which I guess to someone who knows nothing about cakes seems like a good enough time frame but it's really not. It's better if everything has time to dry (like the lions and palm trees) then I bake the cakes on Wednesday and decorate on Thursday... anyways!
I am off work tomorrow! WOOO freaking HOOO!!! I am so excited! (if you couldn't tell) :) I am going to begin packing tonight or at least organizing everything that needs to be packed. Then tomorrow I have a long list of stuff that needs to be done then our plane leaves at 6:45am to fly to Denver! We have a layover in Dallas. We come back on July 3rd. Can't wait for vacation! Although I need a vacation from my vacation b/c trying to get everything done is hard!
