Almost Vacation Time!!!

We leave Saturday morning for Denver!!! I am so excited! Ian & I will be going with my parents, which should be fun. We already have our baseball tickets purchased to watch the Rockies play the Padres. Ian & my dad are playing golf one day while my mother and I shop! We come back on the 3rd. Buddy gets to spend the whole week at Petsmart and day camp, he will be a happy little clam! (err well technically happy little basset hound!)

This past weekend we went home for father's day/my nephews birthday. He had it at Chuck E Cheese. He requested a "chuck e cheese baseball cake" ummm okay? How in the world would I do that? Thankfully I figured it out and he loved it!








The little Chuck E's were hand sculpted out of fondant.

I have one more cake for this week to be delivered on Thursday then I'm taking Friday off to pack!

I finally got moved into my new test kitchen and after vacation I will try to post some pictures. Right now everything is crazy trying to meet deadlines and such.
